RADIAL FLOW HOT AIR SYSTEM
The VAPOMAT with RADIAL FLOW pre-heating system incorporates one or more powerful radial fans placed to collect the air inside the autoclave and redistribute it to the yarn, with the objective to reduce water condensation during the process.
The system will be in motion during both the pre- heating and the steaming phase.
This sophisticated circulation system results in a permanent and even steam flow around the material. Big differences of moisture due to condensation can no longer happen inside the autoclave, water droplets are eliminated completely.
